Navy and Glitter

Took a few quick outfit pics on the stairs before heading out last night. Finally got around to wearing the epic neck piece I bought at the Maasai village . It felt like it might be a bit too literal in Kenya, so have been waiting to wear it for a wee while now.

Worn with one of my favourite dresses from Dotti. I seriously live in this! Anything that doesn’t need ironing, is one piece and can be made more work appropriate by chucking another top or shirt over the top, is going to get worn way too much. The fact that it’s navy only makes the problem worse…

My oldest and most trustworthy pair of heels, I’ve had these for about 4 years and they are still going strong. A flatmate of mine once described them as looking like ” 80’s bridesmaid shoes, but in a good way“. I’ll run with that.  Worn with intensely glittery nailpolish bought from a Korean beauty store I found; and got a tad obsessed with, in the Old Quarter.

  1. Oh the necklace… is amazing! For some reason it simply ties the whole outfit together, your fab shoes & the pretty dress! I am truly in love with how you threw it all together 🙂
